Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-03-25. Version 1.0.
Permitted Use
ClinicDiary is designed for healthcare practice management. You may use the service to manage appointments, patient records, clinical consultations, billing, medical aid claims, and related practice administration for practices you own or are authorised to manage.
Prohibited Activities
- Storing or processing data unrelated to healthcare practice management
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with other tenants' data or workspaces
- Circumventing rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
- Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the platform
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service
- Using the service as infrastructure for other applications or services
- Submitting fraudulent medical aid claims or false clinical documentation
Account Sharing
Each user must have their own account. Magic links are single-use and should not be shared. Sessions are per-user and per-device. ClinicDiary supports unlimited users per workspace — create individual accounts for every team member.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it via the contact page. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- A written warning
- Temporary suspension of the workspace
- Permanent termination of the workspace and account
The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and recurrence of the violation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for serious violations.
